Deposit
At the time of booking, we request 600 euro non-refundable deposit to hold your place. If you make the initial reservations less than 75 days before the date of travel, full payment is due.
Payment
The balance is due 75 days before the trip begins.
Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
The cost of our tour is based in large part on the group services provided, that is, the various activities have set prices that must be paid regardless. The many group experiences we enjoy is one of our strongest features, but once we have engaged our vendors, we cannot cancel the events.
Therefore, in case of cancellation we will apply the following charges:
- More than 75 days prior to departure: the deposit is non-refundable.
- Between 74 and 61 days prior to departure: 50% of full balance is non-refundable.
- 60 days or less prior to departure: the entire trip price is non-refundable.
The cancellation of your booking will become effective upon our receipt of your written notification, either by regular mail or email.
Although we do our best to adhere to the schedule listed above, we reserve the right to change the schedule due to circumstances beyond our control.
Travel and Health Insurance
To protect your travel investment, we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Check with your health insurance provider to understand your international coverage; consider purchasing Supplemental Travel Medical Insurance.
Transfer
We provide a transfer from the Bologna airport to Santarcangelo on Sunday. Meeting time is 1:30pm and departure scheduled for 2:00. Transfer time approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.
In addition there will be a shuttle from the Rimini train station to Santarcangelo. Meeting time is 3:00 pm and departure scheduled for 3:15. Transfer time approximately 20 minutes.
If you prefer, you can arrive to the train station in Santarcangelo independently and the hotel will pick you up there.
Neither Buonjourney Italy nor its providers are responsible for late arrivals due to flight delays or any other reason. If you are delayed, we will do our best to transfer you to the program whenever you arrive, but please be prepared to pay an additional fee in Euros direct to the driver.
Airline tickets
Please check with us before purchasing your airline tickets to be sure that your trip is confirmed, as we need a minimum number of participants to operate the trip.
